02/13 – Took my new wheels here because I was worried about the powder-coated finish getting mounted with low profile tires (265/35/18 235/40/18). Glenn did a great job no scratches anywhere.

I’ve been using Delta V for the past 4 years and have never received anything short of exceptional service from them. Always above and beyond from scheduling me in for emergencies to the care they take to explain the services needed. I’ve owned BMWs, Subarus, and now a Porsche…all of which are well cared for by Steve, Eddie, and Glenn.

Glenn treats my vehicles as if they were his own and unlike many shops, does his best to keep costs low both for labor as well as parts. All of the work I have had DeltaV complete has been done quickly, professionally, and carefully. I just recently had a my Porsche radiators replaced, coolant purged, and a new battery installed. Glenn advised me on the parts that didn’t need replacement and those that did to ensure a quality, cost effective, and reliable repair.

I can’t say enough good things about them and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a European/Japanese/German service facility.

I recently dropped off my BMW for a routine detailing. The service was nothing short of pure excellence. I am not the type of person who runs thru a car wash, nor do I put much faith in mobile detailing services. I have only had one other company detail my car, and was highly disappointed. I don’t want Armor All used as a cleaner, nor should my brake pedal be as slippery as a fish. So, I chose from then on to be proactive. Detailing my car wasn’t all that bad. However, I wasn’t able to get into those hard to reach places and lets face it, it take a lot of time to do it right. I was referred to Delta V by a friend. I was completely and utterly impressed. They cleaned the nooks and crannies, under the hood, leather interior had life again, headlights clear again, and no Armor All to be seen. Worth every penny! These guys have my business, and routine maintenance is theirs when my car needs it.

Great job overall very straight forward prices. Tires are well balanced and working great. Will use them again when I need tires on my next vehicle.

Recently relocated to the Richmond area and needed to find a new independent shop to handle routine maintenence and minor race upgrades on my Porsche. Two visits later and I have to say I am impressed with the owner
Glenn and the Porsche tech Steve.  Great communication, fair pricing, solid attention to detail, price matching on aftermarket parts, quick  turnaround….what more can I say.  I have total confidence in them as they have now done brakes, oil change and installed a complete aftermarket Bilstein suspension on my car. Highly recommend.
**Update**
Nearly 2 yrs since my first visit and Glenn continues to impress. Glenn, Steve, Eddie and Daniel (ClearDetail owner – on site) are professionals through and through. I have complete confidence in their work, their opinions, their pricing, etc. Hands down one of the best (quite possibly THE best) independent shops I have used in the past 15yrs in 4 different cities. You dont just let any “shop” or tech tear down your porsche to replace the crankshaft bearing, install a new clutch/flywheel and rear main seal…

I’ve been searching for a shop that can service the needs of my aging Saab 9-3. I’ve definitely found it at DeltaV! They treat my car like it’s their own, fix what needs to be fixed when they say they will fix it, and they’ve done an awesome job so far!

Called the shop at 1pm asking if I could have a set of tires installed from 2pm to 4pm. The person I spoke to said all techs were out and he was unsure if they could accommodate that but then rescinded and said he would perform the install himself. Upon arrival the sheer number of sports cars many of which were obviously tracked gave me a good impression of what this shop was all about. I was greeted by the new owner who was apparently who I talked to on the phone. The owner was able to install the tires within the original time frame despite having difficult sidewalls. Also the wheels involved were painted and they did a good job of minimizing scratches. Everything seemed properly balanced probably among the most vibration free of any of several sets that have been on my car. The following day I received a call asking how everything had turned out. Who else does that for tire installs?

Felt good about this shop based on my own experience and the fact all the cars in their shop were sports cars that appeared to be well kept after and/or tracked. To me that says something about their work.

Steve is a Saab Certified Technician and has recently come back to Delta V. He also specializes in Porsche, Subaru and other makes. He has also assisted many race teams at the track and is familiar with many aftermarket products.

Technician Eddie Gill came to Delta V in spring of 2007. A 30-year veteran of the automotive business, Eddie is a factory-trained BMW Technician and VW Certified with expertise in a wide range of cars—and the things that can go wrong with them. Eddie is also ASE Certified.
